Bid details and requirements

• Bids for this equipment will be opened at 8 a.m. Central Time (CT) on May 9, 2022. Bids will close on May 20, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. CT.
• All items are sold on an as-is/where-is basis with Minnkota reserving the right to reject any or all bids.
• The items for sale can be viewed in Minnkota’s public parking lot from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT prior to bid closing. Minnkota is located at 5301 32^nd Ave. South, Grand Forks, ND. Minnkota will not be offering test drives or off-site inspections.
• Bids will only be accepted via email to minnkota@minnkota.com. A confirmation email will be sent to notify the bidder that their bid was received. After bids close, only successful bidders will be notified.
• All bids must include: full name, phone number, vehicle/trailer number, and bid price at or above the stated minimum.
• Bids may only be modified or withdrawn prior to bid closing.
• If your bid has been accepted, you will need to pay your bid amount in cash or a cashier’s check prior to taking ownership and removing the vehicle/trailer from Minnkota property.
• Successful bidders must remove their item(s) from Minnkota property within two (2) weeks following notification of the acceptance of their bid.
• All successful bidders must sign a release form.
